Why should we have a routine?
Let’s face it, we all have some kind of routine whether its for work, skincare, exercise prep and etc. we have it, its the actions that we do on a regular the we follow and sometimes it feels like our day is incomplete without it, most common example is drinking coffee, it feels like we somethings missing when we don’t drink it in the morning, some even get cranky about it.

Having a routine lessens your worries on what you need to do or get done, though its different for each one of us.
However being flexible is also an important skill to master especially when things don’t go like the usual.
Being able to adjust your routine with how some days go can also lessen the stress that you may face in your daily lives.
Find what routine works for you and soon enough you’ll figure out when, where and how are you most efficient.
