– You don’t necessarily have to go to the gym right away, you can start, even by just walking or following YouTube workout videos that you can do in the comfort of your home then make your way through as you level up your exercise routines.
-While exercise is important, so is proper diet, so slowly cut down fast food and sodas out of your system, and eat healthy meals by adding fruits and veggies to it.
2. Dress to Impress
– “When you look good, you feel good”: your look always make a difference in how people perceive you and how it makes you feel deep inside so always makes sure to look presentable every time.
– Make sure to iron clothes and learn how to mix and match them properly.
3. Present Positive Body Language.
– People can usually tell what you’re feeling just by looking at your body language: posture is key, practice good posture till it feels natural to you.
-Making eye contact is also important, it shows that you’re paying attention and that you respect their presence.
4. Maintain good personal hygiene.
-Even the simplest things matter, such as brushing your teeth, putting on deodorant, trimming your nails, fixing your hair and moisturizing your skin, as these will always make an impact on your overall look and how you present yourself.
